Class Selection and Registration:
1. A registration cannot be shared and is not transferable
2. No refunds will be given for unused classes after the registration is complete
3. You are entitled to attend only the classes you have selected in your registration
Leader/follower balance:
Mediterranean Summer Tango Festival is not responsible for finding you a partner but will do it’s best to maintain the leader/follower balance on workshops. We strongly suggest you seek a partner by using our Facebook FIND A PARTNER group. Try to do it in advance – before registering for classes.
Class Level/Rotation
When choosing your classes, please choose the appropriate level. Check this article on level description. Please choose wisely. It is important for your enjoyment and of your partner.
Registration deadline
Online registration is possible until July 1st, 2013. After that date all registrations are possible only on the registration desk at the festival. At the registration desk we can only except cash.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by participants until 1st of June are possible with 90% refund.
Cancellation by participants between the 1st and 25th of June are possible with 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations after the 25th of June.
All money transfer expenses are payed by the participant.
