This guide is a great thing, actually! Registration for a tango festival is not a thing that is done lightly and without thinking it through very thoroughly in advance. That’s why we feel that this guide will help you a lot, so when you really decide to register you know exactly what you need. So let’s start…

Registration
Step 1. Personal information
You can register by yourself or with a partner. So the very first decision you have to make will be that one. In any case you’ll need to fill the necessary personal information: names, e-mails etc. Please, it is very important to state a valid e-mail that you check regularly for this is the e-mail on which you’ll receive your registration when it’s finalized.
Step 2. Choosing workshops
This is the part where you pick the workshops and milongas that you’d like to attend. If you registered with a partner you selection will be registered for two people, so there is no need to go through that again for your partner. If you checked the Package & Prices section (coming March 2013) before registering you know that there are special packages that we offer in which you will get discounts. The registration system automatically gives you a discount if you picked the workshops and milongas that consist a package. This is the place where you can also choose to register for our special combo passes if they are available at the time.
Step 3. Choosing a payment method
After step one, you will be redirected to a payment page. You will be presented with three payment options:
- giving cash to promoter
- paying by bank transfer
- paying by PayPal
Each option will have a detailed explanation; calculated transaction fees and described payment process.
Here are these payment options explained:
Giving cash to a promoter
Promoters are our agents around the globe who collect registrations for us. When you pay cash to the promoter you get 5% discount to your registration! Check if there is any in your country. If there is you can meet with him and give him the money. He will contact us directly then and inform us about your payment and this way your registration is finished. You have 7 days to pay.
Paying by bank transfer
It’s a straight-forward money transfer. We’ll provide you with our bank information (bank number, SWIFT code etc.) immediately after you finish the registration process. We are checking our bank account regularly and your registration will be finished the moment we receive your funds. You have 7 days to pay.
Paying by PayPal
You will be redirected to a secure PayPal website where you can enter your credit card information. When we receive your payment your registration is complete. With PayPal option immediate payment is necessary.
Step 4. Receiving your e-ticket
When we receive your payment by any means of payment stated we will send you an e-ticket by e-mail. You need to print it out and bring it to the festival. Don’t forget it, it’s the only way to receive your registration tickets at our registration desk in Poreč.
